Plans
We offer a variety of plans to fit different needs and budgets. Our individual plans start at $25/month, and our family plans offer increasing discounts with each line added. All plans include unlimited talk and text, with various data options available.
Absolutely! You can transfer (port) your existing phone number to Switch Mobile from any carrier. The porting process is handled by our team and typically takes 2-24 hours to complete.
No, all Switch Mobile plans are contract-free. You can change your plan or cancel at any time without penalty.
If you reach your high-speed data limit, your data speeds will be reduced to 2G speeds for the remainder of your billing cycle. You can always add more high-speed data through your account dashboard if needed.
Signing Up
You can sign up online at switchmobile.com or by calling our customer service at 1-833-SWITCH-0. The process takes about 5 minutes, and you'll need your current phone, a credit or debit card, and your current account information if you're transferring your number.
Most unlocked GSM phones are compatible with our network. You can check your phone's compatibility on our website by entering your IMEI number. If your phone isn't compatible or you need a new one, we offer a selection of phones for purchase.
An eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. If your device is eSIM-compatible, you can activate it instantly by scanning a QR code we'll send you after sign-up. We provide step-by-step instructions for all device types.
If you're using an eSIM, activation is instant once you complete the setup process. If you're using a physical SIM card, it will be shipped to you (typically arriving in 2-3 business days), and you can activate it as soon as you receive it.
Promotions

Yes! Our 'Switch a Friend' program rewards you with a $25 account credit for each friend who signs up using your referral code. Your friend also receives $25 off their first month's bill.
